When a proposal is funded on Escrow.com, Talent Monster takes a 2% platform fee from the job amount (shown as a broker fee on Escrow). The professional’s net payout is the agreed amount minus this fee.
How billing works
- • Clients pay $1 when they publish a project to the marketplace.
- • Professionals pay 1¢ each time they submit a proposal on a project.
- • Completed jobs include a 2% platform fee on the Escrow job amount (deducted from the professional’s payout).
- • No monthly platform subscription fees.
